NS(Sport) Insole은 인체공학적으로 설계된 스포츠 깔창으로, 운동선수의 잠재력을 극대화하고 부상 위험을 최소화하기 위해 고안된 혁신적인 제품입니다. 이 깔창은 교육 기술과 스포츠 과학 원리를 바탕으로 설계되었으며, 이러한 원리를 활용하여 디자인되었습니다. 운동 중 발생할 수 있는 다양한 충격과 압력을 효과적으로 분산시키기 위해 특수한 소재와 구조를 적용하였습니다. 또한, 발의 아치와 발바닥에 맞춘 맞춤형 디자인으로 편안함과 안정성을 제공하며, 뛰어난 쿠셔닝 기능을 통해 장시간 운동에도 피로를 최소화합니다.
The NS (Sport) Inole is an ergonomically designed sports insole, designed to maximize an athlete’s potential and minimize the risk of injury. The insole is designed based on educational technology and sports science principles, and is designed using these principles. Special materials and structures have been applied to effectively disperse various shocks and pressures that may occur during exercise. In addition, the customized design tailored to the arches and soles of the feet provides comfort and stability, and the excellent cushioning function minimizes fatigue even when working out for a long time.

Phase 1.0 (Observation & Study)
프로젝트의 첫 번째 단계로 시장 조사를 실시하고 샘플을 획득했습니다. 다음으로 유사 제품을 전문적으로 판매하는 전문가의 조언을 구했습니다. 마지막으로 그들의 의견과 피드백을 수렴하고 정리했습니다.
As the first step of the project, we conducted market research and acquired samples. Next, we sought advice from experts who specialize in selling similar products. Finally, we gathered and compiled their opinions and feedback.
Phase 2.0 (Define)
프로토타입은 전면과 후면을 고려하여 기능적인 특징을 강화하는 데 중점을 두고 디자인했습니다. 디자인을 더욱 정교화하기 위해 3D 프린팅을 활용하여 필요한 조정 및 개선 작업을 수행했습니다.
Taking into consideration the front and rear aspects, we designed the prototype while focusing on enhancing its functional features. To refine the design further, we utilized 3D printing to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
Phase 3.0 Iteration
3D 프린팅과 실물 테스트를 통해 다양한 시제품 중 최적의 설계를 성공적으로 구현했습니다. 3D 프린팅과 실제 테스트의 결합으로 프로젝트에 가장 적합한 형태를 얻을 수 있었습니다.
Through 3D printing and real-life testing, we successfully implemented the optimal design among various prototypes. The combination of 3D printing and practical testing allowed us to achieve the most suitable form for the project.
Phase 4.0 Color & Texture valiation
독특하고 매력적인 모습을 만들기 위해 다양한 색상과 질감을 조합하여 스타일링을 수행했습니다. 다양한 색상 구성과 질감은 전체 디자인에 뚜렷한 느낌을 더해주었습니다.
We performed styling by combining various colors and textures to create a unique and attractive appearance. The different color schemes and textures added a distinct touch to the overall design.
